Prepaid mobile phones in Japan...

Prepaid mobile phones are a huge business in Europe.

In Japan prepaid mobile phone numbers are tiny, and NTT's new CEO just announced that NTT-DoCoMo is planning to stop offering prepaid mobile phones alltogether.
